I rarely take my time to tell how I was treated, but I really was satisfied with the way service advisor Jay Lazaro made my experience of having my Subaru serviced a pleasure. He was professional and pleasant and interested in getting me taken care of. I never give an Excellent rating, but this deserves a 5 star review!

I was told my service would cost $780 and would take 3 hours. The final cost was $781 and it took just over 3 hours. Way to go Mike Shaw Subaru. I feel confident my car is ready for winter 2020 now!
