Washing the car is the best.

Price and quality of service were excellent, but the car wash was lacking. At first glance the wash looked fine but a closer look revealed dirt below the doors, and spotted windows. Front grill and back bumper were also less clean than expected. Otherwise, everything was great.

Ashley was very nice compared to any other advisors I've had, so this experience was the best compared to all our previous visits since 2014. Usually advisors are unfriendly, and look like they had a bad day or hate their job here at Mike Shaw, to a point that we dread taking the car for service here. it is only because it is the closest dealership. Our previous two advisors (don't remember their names) were the worse, or else I would had considered trading in my car here. Should not reflect on Ashley, as she was very good!

I dropped by for an oil change. Jay was great as always. He got me in and out in about an hour.
