Mike Shaw Subaru dealership has people who have been trained in giving great customer service. We live out of state but have had to bring our Subaru in for work and continue to do so when we are visiting and need work done. Mitch was great at helping me out today. Thanks so much.

I purchased tires from Mike Shaw Subaru about a year and 1/2 ago. I believed I had a tire puncture so brought it to Kathy Nerka , one of the very best Mike Shaw Subaru Service Representatives. She was busy as always . However, she treated me as a valued customer and evaluated the tire ASAP. It turned out the screw that I believed punctured the tire did not and I was sent on my way with peace of mind and no charges. Thank you Shaw team and Kathy. Al Campbell
