Took my Impreza in for regular maintenance and everything went great. The whole service department is incredibly kind, informative, and just great people. During the maintenance I was informed of various things which appeared worn, but also what items did not need immediate attention and could be done at a later time. I love that the service department doesn’t push unnecessary work and has always done a great job letting me know what work is really essential (and why) and what should be done in the future and what to keep an eye on. Work was done incredibly quickly and they even extended my service plan for another year, even though it had expired, but my mileage is so low. Thanks!

Kathy always makes everything right - making the appt was not as fun as the employee was difficult to deal with BUT Kathy made up for his poor performance!!!!! The shuttle driver was also very nice!
