With the lease on our 2018 Subaru, we get a free service every 6 months. It is very comprehensive, and Mike Shaw has done a very good job for us.

So surprised that checking out our car for a road trip was a courtesy service! We can now head out for our first trip in six months with confidence!

I just moved to Colorado and this is my first experience at Mike Shaw Subaru. It was awesome! Maggie was wonderful. Quickly took all my informations and also filled out my Vin verification. I did come on a particularly busy day but still got my outback serviced in a reasonable amount of time. Car was was great, too

Rep was courteous and service was completed in reasonable time. In and out faster then I expected. Good job!

I may not have made clear at the tome I turned key over that I would be waiting and if additional issues came up. I could be found in waiting room. zit seems an issue came up and I was not contacted, so an issue continues. I may have to schedule another service, which affects work schedule.

Great service, friendly staff

Very happy! They really pay attention and take care here. Bit of a wait but i has about eight things done and am confident I won’t find a missing tool (or worse that any my tools would become missing) under the hood which has actually happened to me TWICE elsewhere. Caught up on a good book, plan to wait or drop off and it’s NBD... Oh and they found a nail in my tire I had four other places and even another dealership look at because I was constantly putting air in. Thanks guys, I won’t bother elsewhere in the future.
