Oil change and service was friendly. Unfortunately, I was told my tires would be in stock and ready for install at the same time and it seems there was a miscommunication since they were not there. As a result, I will need to reschedule another appointment for this service.

Necessary part was on back order so we had a loaner car for five weeks! Can't say enough positive about Kathy Nerka; she's the reason we have bought three cars from Mike Shaw's and had them serviced there since 2003.
