The team at Mike Shaw Subaru does a great job. I was in and out in under an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. They check everything and let me know if anything needs attention. I trust them to take care of all of my Subarus.

After arriving for my scheduled appointment I spoke with Danny who listened to my concerns and let me know I had two open recalls as well. At first he said they were recalls that could take up to two-days to complete. I was pleasantly surprised when he called me and said they could actually get them done the same day! Everyone was very friendly including Shoe who brought me my car at the end of the day! My car drives so much better now and I was very happy with how awesome the staff were!

the service agent was very accommodating, professional and attentive to my appointment and what had been scheduled. The car was ready when I returned to the lot. I thought the car was to be vaccumed as well as washed. The sweeping was not done. Overall my experience was very good

I needed to take my car in for a recall and had just hit my 30,000 mile mark so I went ahead and got the 30,000 service done as well. Google says the service department was open till 8 but I got there at 6:45 and it was closed, not a big deal but someone should look into that. My service rep is Tim and he is the best, I was sure to tell him that. I had an accident with my front spoiler and it tore out some bolts, Tim found the part but it was a little more than I want to pay at the time, I explained this to Tim and he went back and personally reattached the bolts that still worked himself. I don't know who reads these but Tim is the man!! Thank you Tim and everyone at Mike Shaw Subaru for always taking great care of my baby!!!
