Always fast, friendly

Thoroughly performed my scheduled maintenance service & inspections. Gave me reasonable deal on 4 new tires. Honored my dealer discount coupon. Had to keep my car for 2 days to complete my service. Communication with my service tech was good the 1st day, but dropped the ball on the 2nd day. I had to follow-up myself and waited many hrs for a response.

Excellent experience with the purchase of my new car. The sales person, Rob, was extremely friendly and helpful in helping me with any questions I had and walking me through several of the cars features. I would highly recommend Rob as he did an outstanding job with the car buying process. Unfortunately, when it came to the financial side, the employee handling this end was not so great. He was a little pushy and confusing when it came to the different “add-ons” for the warranty; and several of the things he said just simply didn’t sound right, or was suspicious in getting more money out of me. I was not pleased at all with the financial side of purchasing a car from here, but the sales person / my first point of contact was outstanding.

I was able to get an appointment within a week, drop off car early to move in with my morning. As told service rep communicated completed work with me and possible other issues that would soon need attention. This allowed me to make choice to take action today or go back another day in future. With time management it was easier for me to get all services on same day. Estimate was accurate for work performed. I totally trust their work on my car.

Always friendly staff! I guess it shouldn’t surprise me but there’s always something else they recommend that costs $$$ even after presenting me with service fees I’m already anticipating.
