Kathy was in constant contact giving me updates about my car repair and Anthony got my 10 year old car running like new.

I had an excellent experience with Mike Shaw Subaru. Check in was easy. I received a loaner vehicle with no fuss. My car is running great. I waited about an hour for a response to my text and when I called, I was sent to voicemail. These would be my only suggestions for improvement. Thanks! I love my Subaru!

Came in for an oil change and was greeted by Daniel. He was very friendly and professional. Whole process took 45 minutes and I was out of there. It was a breath of fresh air and Daniel made the experience wonderful.

I had a great experience at Mike Shaw! My fiancé bought a car through Keith a few weeks ago, and he did such a great job that we had to go back to him to buy my car. Again, he did not disappoint! The process went very smoothly with everything from test driving the car, to discussing payment options, to financing. I would definitely recommend Subaru and Mike Shaw and Keith to anyone who asks!
