Work was done well. When I first got there the bay was full and it took almost 15 minutes before anyone moved the cars. Then when I get inside I was assigned a person - he was not at his desk and there was again a long wait. Finally another agent came over and got me checked in. Once this was complete, the remainder of the appointment was good.

Eric Grimm was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I was able to get a brand new crosstrek in which I have unique features. I also purchased the security plus where I can turn my car on from an app. What a game changer! Thank you so much

My service advisor was so amazing, I think his name was Josh maybe? Please make sure though, Janet Sherba 2017 Forester. This guy kept me informed throughout the day and seemed to know his business well! It was a nice experience dealing with someone as personable and kind as he was!

Service team professional, warm, and efficient and, of course, the mechanics were awesome. I just didn’t meet them.

Devin Lor provided an excellent experience for me when I was selecting my Crosstrek. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. Also, I met with Randon Givens and he too answered my questions and made for a seamless pleasant experience.
