Thank you Mike Shaw Subaru! I have kept the service department very busy this summer. I brought my Forester in again for the second time in a month needing my front brakes replaced. As always, I’m greeted and well taken care of at the moment of my arrival! I’d like to especially thank Kathy Nerka and Jay Lazaro working as an incredible team to take care of client needs!!

Staff are very helpful and informative, they help me out right away, they give me a reasonable price for repairs. Give me warranties. And did pretty good fixing my car.

Other than a delay in getting scheduled (thank Covid for that) the experience was pretty smooth. The intake of my car was pretty quick, despite the fact they were pretty busy. I really liked getting a text with a link to the recommended services, so I could pick and choose what I got worked on that day. Once I approved the work, they were done very quickly. They even declined to rotate my tires (and didn't charge me) because the tires were so worn that there would have been no point in rotating them. I felt like they were really looking out for me.
