Fast and done

When we arrived the service dept. was extremely busy. We were acknowledged and told we would be helped as soon as someone became available. Our service person, Wally, was professional, and considerate as he went over what we needed done to service our Subura. We received a text regarding some additional filters that were in need of being replaced, we accepted the recommendation. All service was performed in a timely manner. We greatly appreciated the extra care and time it took for them to keep us informed of what needed to be done. We would recommend this dealership and service dept. without hesitation. Thank you!

As usual, I felt well taken care of by Jay and Kathy. The recall work done went smoothly from appointment setup to completion. Receiving a washed car when I picked it up was a nice touch.
