Service was great. Only suggestion would be when a text and/or email is sent to the client informing of other recommended services or repair, when the client has responded it would be nice to get an acknowledgement that the reply was received. And if additional time is required for approved repairs, a time estimate would be greatly appreciated. I sat for 2.5 hours without any updates.
