2020 Outback battery died after 2 days of car camping. I was concerned about driving 1000 miles back home and headed to Shaw’s to get it checked out. The stock batteries are known across multiple on line forums to be subpar for all the electronics that are running. Diagnostics showed nothing wrong with electrical system or battery. The service manager did all he could (he did offer a new stock battery which I refused ... ) the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the whole idea of the weak battery Subaru provides. A car that’s marketed as one to bring on adventures dies on its first adventure. If I lived in the area, Mike Shaw Subaru would absolutely be my go-to dealer. The staff there were just great and they really did help me the best they could. Subaru - I am disappointed in the terrible battery you provide that got me stranded in the backcountry. Shame on you.

Great service by the Customer Service Rep as always. Would give 5 starts but the hood of the car was not not latched when I drove out of the parking lot. I had to pull over and slam the hood shut. I have never mentioned this before but it's happened a couple of times after an oil change.

I had a good experience at the dealership and the employees were quick to attend to me and the necessities that I needed for my car. I also didn't spend much time waiting for my car to get what it needed to get done
