Everything went smoothly. All that I spoke with were friendly. The time that I was told my service would take did not exceed. Very happy with my visit today.

I had an appointment at 7:15 am and was attended to in a timely manner by Danny. He was very friendly and was genuinely interested in my car concerns. I was checked in quickly. I had to wait today but was seated comfortably in your waiting area. I helped myself to a cup of complimentary coffee. Thank you! The wait time Danny told me was spot on. Danny checked in with me to explain the work that needed to completed today. Once my car was finished he checked me out and walked me to my car. I also had the pleasure of complimentary car wash today. Cars are expensive so my bill was high today but it's a necessary evil. I hope to own a new car one day soon. Thank you for giving me good care today.

Ashley, helped me to get checked in quickly for the automotive service I had scheduled. All services were completed in a very timely manner and I was very generously not charged by Ashley or made to wait for a billing correction for a service that had been incorrectly billed in my favor. The mechanic that did the service on my vehicle gratefully found a large tool that had been left in the engine compartment of my vehicle by another company who had replaced the battery, hence preventing a potentially very harmful and costly situation. I am feeling very grateful to Mike Shaw Subaru service department!

I went in for an oil change but something with my tires went wrong. The manager was super awesome and helped me out and got me my car in a timely manner. Very happy with this place i just wish I could’ve gotten one other thing looked at. I will be coming back next time my car needs something.
