Came in for a fuel pump recall on my 2019 Outback. It took about 20 minutes longer than expected but I was kept informed of this and received a free car wash. The service advisor, Maggie, was very polite and helpful! I really appreciate her professionalism!!!

I brought the car in because I had a terrible noise and vibration when I reach 65 mph. I really appreciated Dan the service manager work this problem and keep me informed Pham helped me to make a phone appointment Kathy Nerka Was assigned as the service manager advisor and did a terrific job keeping me informed and resolving the problem finally. Tim Taxied me home and when the car was finished Tim cleaned the car inside and out. After having taken my 2015 Subaru to Mike Shaw Subaru, in order to have major re-call work done on my vehicle, immediately after checking in for my appointment, the person in the service Dept. asked me if I needed a ride home, after I had replied yes, before I was finished signing my paperwork, my ride was waiting for me. After the work was finished, the service Dept. called me at home, once again, I got another call from the driver of the vehicle who was to take me back to pick up my vehicle, he was already sitting in my driveway, waiting on me. Mike Shaw Subaru is the ONLY dealership that I would even consider doing business with, they have treated me like royalty, since I first walked into their dealership many years ago. I've dealt with many major car dealers in Denver, and the metro area, and Mike Shaw is, without a doubt, the best people that I've ever dealt with.

The service was very good. no complaints in that regard. And I wanted to know about a Forester lease, and they asked me for $ 2500, which did not happen when I did the lease of my Impreza. I wonder why.
