Overall the visit was positive. However, I was charged $30 for a tire repair that would have been no charge at other tire shops.

Ashley did a good job and was easy to work with. Glad for warranty coverage on a few other things that were found.

I was dreading the waiting room, but the furniture was spaced out very thoughtfully for social distancing. The bottle of icy water waiting in my cup holder was very nice@

I switched over to Mike Shaw Subaru service and am so happy I did. I didn’t feel pressured or upsold and Kathy very kindly went out of her way to ensure I had a vehicle while my car was worked on. The people are genuine, kind, and I received my car back a day earlier than estimated.

I had a great experience at Mike Shaw Subaru! It was very busy so I was concerned about a long wait for my appointment, but I was actually out before the estimated time. The gentleman at the front updated me as they worked on my car and I received a text alert about my completed inspection. I would definitely recommend this location!
