I was a little overdue for an oil change. Finally found time to get it done. It took longer than expected at the dealer, but they got it done.

It was very professional, friendly and smooth.

Actual time to finish regular service (oil change/tire rotation and inspection) is less than 30 mins however it is always more than hour of wait time, even when service is scheduled in advance. Perhaps the scheduling can be streamlined for faster service.

It was a very nice experience. The only downside was it took forever for us to see the finance department after we went through the initial paperwork.

When we came in Jamie saw us and sat us down. She was very polite and to the point which we both appreciated. We got our test drive and loved it. After which we sat down and worked out a deal that was workable. After witch she showed us all the bells and whistles in depth then took us on a tour of the facilities. Which we liked as I’m going to have to have it serviced at some point so that was nice.

The people that help me yesterday were even more and more nicer than usual, but they always are very good and really for years now every time I’ve gone, I’ve had some very very good help and all of your members there are very nice, considerate professional and very helpful, professional and considerate thank you very very much for everything always but yesterday they were very good as well🤞‼️♥️🙏
