It took a little long than I expected but that’s totally fine! My car seems to be running much better! Staff was very nice, I drive all the way from south Hampden to get my car serviced at Mike Shaw!

Had a great experience today for my 90k service on my Outback. The service rep Danny was INCREDIBLE!! Everyone was very nice but Danny took it to the next level - just so courteous and attentive, called me when the car was ready. He actually made my day!! No kidding, not that I had a bad day but my experience with Mike Shaw (and Danny) was top notch. Customer for life!!
