I came in for a recall service. Although the first part installed in the recall service did not work properly, Hua and the Technician looked at my car again, immediately. An hour later, I had a part that worked and was on the road.

I go out of my way to come to Mike Shaw Subaru. I got my Crosstrek here and it was so easy, and the service department was fast and efficient. I was a little surprised they didn't run my car through the car wash after the service, but it was a busy day so that doesn't impact the experience at all. 100% recommend!
