Positives - staff was friendly, helpful, & timely. Places for improvements - with COVID concerns an outside, covered for sun (tent, awning) sitting area would be wonderful, they did a multipoint inspection and said everything was great, but when I went to use my rear window windshield fluid dispenser on drive home it did not work.
