I bought my Impreza at Mike Shaw Subaru and I always have it serviced there also. Their customer service is outstanding! Today my service advisor was Matt. He was excellent! When I arrived Matt was personable and explained everything they would be doing to service my car. It was actually finished early. I am very impressed with Matt and all the Mike Shaw Subaru staff. They are always kind, courteous and knowledgeable.

This Subaru service department is the best.

Simple and easy to get my recalled fuel pump replaced. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly.

I wish you would clean my car when I bring it in.

Mitchell did a fine job, was focused, and attentive. Only negative was hearing that other work might have needed to be done but the car was in Mike Shaw a month ago and those items weren’t identified then.

It is excellent service I wish that price was low
