The visit was very positive --my problem was the air conditioning was not functioning . It was fixed that visit and for a fair and reasonable charge. I do LOVE my 2000 Subaru --it is a jewel and so regular maintenance is all I usually have to have done --this repair was a positive experience for me -

Mitchell, my service advisor, was great--had everything down, got me in early and out well before they had originally estimated. He also helped me focus on specific servicing I needed with no extra add-ons. Great experience!

Excellent service as usual

The text feature is convenient to see what other maintenance is needed with the ability to see the new estimate and approve or deny the service. But they don’t have a new wait time estimate. I was waiting 3 hours when originally it was quoted at just over an hour. Everyone is so nice though so it’s tough to be too upset.
