The staff was friendly and went above and beyond. When they learned why I was dropping my car off a day early, they stated that they would be able to take care of the recall issue by the end of today. It helped me out beyond words!!

From my first phone call to getting back into my car after the service was complete, my service advisor, Mitchell, was kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable about what was going to be done. I scheduled the 60K mile maintenance (the largest maintenance for the life of the vehicle). I was prepared with prices, a complete list of what was to be done and timing. I will absolutely be continuing my business with Mike Shaw and Mitch. A great experience and now my baby is ready for the next 60K!
