I had a really good experience overall. My sales rep Hutch with really helpful and got me the car I wanted for a fair price. I signed the contract in the evening and after thinking about the deal overnight, I wasn't satisfied with the amount of money I was receiving for my trade-in. Hutch and the staff were willing to change the contract the next morning to allow me to keep that vehicle in exchange for the amount of money I was going to receive for it in the contract. I know they didn't need to do that after I had already signed the contract so I am really appreciative of their willingness to make sure I was a happy and satisfied customer. The night before, the sales consultant Austin had been kind of pushy and I felt rushed and forced into signing the contract so I was pleased and relieved that they were willing to change the contract the next morning. My Subaru Crosstrek is a great vehicle!

Mitch was nice and courteous. I came in for 24k service and the recall on my fuel pump. I was happy that they prioritized my service (since I decided to wait for it) and all the work was finished in four hours, which is an hour sooner than expected. I wish that Mitch would have given me periodic updates while I waited to know if everything was going well. Other than that, I was quite satisfied.

Appointment went about as well as could be asked. Got into the shop on time. Mitch and the technician did a great job of Diagnosing the problem, communicating, and following through with quality labor.
