I had a great experience! My sales rep, Alex, was patient and explained everything. He asked what I preferred and got it for me! I didn't have to spend all day at the dealer and got to exit with my 2020 Crosstrek! I highly recommend Mike Shaw Subaru.

Great experience, repairs done in a timely manner. Appreciate the pictures showing repairs that needed to be done. Wally was very helpful in pairing my phones to the car.

What is usually a stressful experience is never that at Mike Shaw. From being able to get a ride home when I drop off my car, to borrowing a rental while they work on it, it just makes my life so much easier. They’re very honest about what really needs to be done, and I trust them. I’ve never been able to say that about a dealership before.

I appreciate the good work done fixing my subie! Matt helped me to get assistance from subaru of America, without which, I’d still be driving a broken vehicle. Sadly, a plastic siding piece by the windshield was broken and not replaced and caused some alarm as I was driving, and the cord management clips inside the car for my dash cam had been ripped out... that’s going to take some doing to replace... the work they did was wonderful, but not much “aftercare” was present. Matt Rumbaugh was professional, friendly, and helpful.

We had a great experience working with Cliff. We have purchased 7 Subaru's now and 6 of those have been from Cliff. He is professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, and friendly. He treats you the way you want to be treated. With the COVID -19 situation, he was great in getting paperwork put together and walking us through the steps to get things done sooner so we would have to spend less time in the dealership. He spent a perfect amount of time going through the features of the car with us and has followed up multiple times to ensure we have no additional questions. I am a lifetime customer of Cliff. As long as we are driving Subaru's, I won't work with anyone but Cliff.

We had oil changed, tires rotated, and they did 30 month check on car. Representative was personable and kept us informed of what was going on. Great service.
