In these unusual times Mike Shaw Subaru provided a great buying experience. From communicating online, to a reasonable online price for our new Subaru , to having the car delivered to our door, we appreciate the amazing service provided.

The service team went above and beyond today for my car. They were able to do the recall, oil change and inspection when the schedule wasn’t actually equipped to do it all. They gave me a loaner vehicle and said they should have it finished in a day or two. They called me later the same day and wait it was ready they got it done. The promptness and commitment to trying to get it complete was stellar.

Service was very quick. Only problem was the recall maintenance I was coming in for, the fuel pump, i was unable to do without draining out my fuel, because I wasn't told that was needed, so I will have to come back. But, other than that, service was fantastic.
