Quick in and out service. Personable personel.

Justin made the car buying experience seamless from start to finish. Would highly recommend Mike Shaw Subaru! Everyone who I’ve talked to or worked with throughout the process has been extremely helpful!

I was very pleased with my experience. My problem was relatively simple (a slow leak in one of my tires) but it was still very inconvenient. The service consultant was very helpful. She took my information quickly and kept me informed as the service progressed. To the best of my knowledge, the problem was corrected so I am pleased with my experience.

Happy with the new Crosstrek. The buying process was straightforward. Negotiated OTD price before coming to the dealership. Was worried about bait and switch but everything was delivered as promised.

I had such wonderful service! I was afraid that I would be pressured to spend extra money that I didn’t have. But I was so happy and appreciative that my wishes were respected. I walked away with a great car and great experience.

Ashley was great to work with. Very engaging personality and professional. Great communication. Excellent service department all around.

Love the Mike Shaw team! Always coming back!

Service was great, and my car was ready earlier than expected!

Justin and Frank we're so helpful with our buying process. It was a great and fun experience!

I took my car in for an oil change and ended up with more work to be done..Wally was great and kept me informed.. He gave me a loaner car and helped get the work done for almost nothing..he called every day to let me know when my car would be done..he made my day when he called and said it was done and it would only cost a minimum amt.. Thank you Mike shaw.. your people and service are why I keep coming back...love my crosstrek! Thank you!!
