Randon was fantastic to work with. Low pressure but very educational and helped my decision making through the whole process. I started with USAA car buying service with a few different makes and came back to Subaru and ultimately Mike Shaw for the features and value of the vehicle as well as feeling that we would be dealt with honestly and efficiently. We did finance and Frank made it a smooth process as well.

It seems to take a long time to get service done as i make a scheduled appointment but then it takes 2-3 days to get the repair completed.
