Good service. Tech kept us informed by calls and text. Had appt. For 11 on Wed. Got the car back on Friday afternoon. Did thorough inspection and found another issue. Texted to let us know and fixed the problem.

My car needed service due to a recall. Making an appointment an changing it was both by phone and online was easy and efficient. Their staff is observing Covid safety suggestions.

The process for dropping off and picking up the car was efficient. I appreciated the comprehensive inspection of the car, and the resulting detailed report with items needing attention prioritized. Finally, most of all, I appreciated that service needed that was covered by my maintenance contract/warranty were done automatically, but I wasn't pressured to have other work done.

The guy that checked me in and out was absolutely wonderful! He said he was new, but if he hadn’t, I would have never known! Always great survive, thank you!
