The whole crew down there at Subaru always treat me above and beyond what’s expected. The service team are all stars and Kevin the mechanic was amazing.

I brought car in at 7am. I had to have eyesite recalibrated after replacing the window plus a 30,000 mile service plus normal oil and filter replacement plus the BioPledge disinfectant service. I was given a 2020 loaner because it was anticipated that all that work may take all day. I received a call at 1:00 to let me know car was ready. Everyone was wearing masks and normal safety precautions were being observed. Everything went smoothly and the car appears to run great. Thank you Mike Shaw for a pleasant experience during an unpleasant period of time due to Covit19.

The service was very good. Would be 5 stars if they would require all customers coming in. The store/waiting area wear masks. I was wearing one to protect other, but a few guys coming in didn’t seem to care about protecting me or others,

I do not even live in the area ,of the dealership location. I just feel comfortable, coming up to the Subaru dealership,versus the one that’s actually close to my home.

When I first called the lady wasn’t very helpful. I then asked to speak to Manager and then things turned around and things turned around and everything was taken care of.

The service advisor was kind and polite. She made sure I was kept informed as to the status and had a very pleasant demeanor. The repairs were completed quickly and satisfactorily.
