Appreciated everyone wearing masks, offering a loaner vehicle with a delayed timeline for service completion, and then actually completing the service sooner than expected.

Brought my car in for a recall, was told that it might take more than one day to get car fixed. The employee said he would call and update me on status either way. Got a phone call about 10 min after the dealer closed that my car was ready for pick up. I wasn’t able to pick up my car til the following day. Wished they would have planned a little better so I could have been there to pick up my car before closing.

Mitch and especially Wally are super customer service men. Thank you so much. The shuttle driver from Wednesday was also very nice.
