Very informative..streamlined process

Easy peasy getting my car dropped off. Service was prompt and my car was ready when they said it would be.

saw a car on-line the night before and sent a text stating my interest. Cliff saw my message in the morning and sent a message but i already had come to dealership. i was very nervous having had a negative experience with car i had before. Cliff was great. He told us about the car and allowed me some space to feel less anxious

It was easy I knew what needed to be done on my car

I was a little overdue for an oil change. Finally found time to get it done. It took longer than expected at the dealer, but they got it done.

It was very professional, friendly and smooth.

Actual time to finish regular service (oil change/tire rotation and inspection) is less than 30 mins however it is always more than hour of wait time, even when service is scheduled in advance. Perhaps the scheduling can be streamlined for faster service.
