Everything went well and was done in a timely matter.

I made an appointment and drove right up. Someone was ready and waiting to help me out. They are always very friendly and helpful. I never worry about taking my car into Mike Shaw.

I was hesitant to go back as I have had 3 very bad experiences with poor service and overcharging. As this was a recall for no charge. The service tech also recommended additional services. I did try and paid for 2. I’ll wait and see if the service I paid for was with it.

Recall repair completed in a timely manner!

I am very grateful that Mike Shaw was able to pick up my vehicle and do the recall repair without me having to leave my home during this pandemic. My stereo knob was also broken and they didn't have the part so once it came in, they came and picked up my car once again without a charge. I would definitely recommend a friend or family member to visit Mike Shaw when they are in the market for a vehicle!
