Daniel was very professional and friendly. All services needed were clearly explained and I’m glad I was able to get them completed in one visit.

They were ready when I got there answered my questions about the loaner and if it was clean due to the virus. I love the text and email about the additional finds and how easy is was to pick. I think you should continue to do it when waiting in the waiting area that way the customer has time to review then can ask questions if needed. Sometimes an uncomfortable conversation in the waiting area. Checking out was great even honored a coupon I forgot Thanks

Danny Smith was one of THE best service writers that I have come across at Mike Shaw Subaru. He was professional, extremely courteous, very factual, and thanked me for my business. My visit was for a recall for my 2017 Forester. I dropped my vehicle off and picked it up the next day. My car was washed, and taken care of during precautions of Covid 19. I appreciate all of you!!!!!

The customer service was professional and friendly and the appointment was efficient. I was offered a car wash during the service appointment which the car desperately needed but for some reason only the sides of the car were washed which was very disappointing.
