Keith T. was extremely pleasant to work with. I was nervous and inexperienced when it came to buying a car and Keith made sure that I knew what was happening and that he really wanted my business. Overall I will see Keith again to buy another car when I'm ready.

Over all the experience was pretty painless. Haven't bought a new car in years, so I was a bit nervous. Very pleased as I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted in a very timely manner. Good job.

Eric was very helpful and sympathetic to my situation. I’m sure I will love my new Impreza. We bought my wife’s Outback here 5 years ago. Today I drove by 6 other dealerships on my way to Mike Shaw.
