Our dealer was a great and helped us have a relatively smooth experience. Felt a bit neglected because (I think) he sold another car the same day and was helping that couple. But, I respect the hustle and it was a Saturday.

My salesperson, Jamie, was incredible. She first had to deal with my father who scouted out cars for me. Once she survived that (no mean feat), she had to work with both of us. She was so knowledgeable, communicative and professional. My dad has bought 3 Subarus, and he will only work with her.

Service rep is so sweet awesome and helpful. And just pleasant and happy. And waiting area was great als. Snacks and coffee, tv and making tags for dogs were great.

In September had quite a few things serviced but then had an issue on the return of the vehicle. Drew got everything handled with a burned out ignition coil. The loaner cars are nice to drive while they fix your vehicle. It was looking to be an unpleasant experience but we got there in the end.

I was informed of the process and had great communication on what needed to be done. Efficient and friendly.
