Everyone’s afraid of going to the dealership, it’s no mystery. Whether it’s warranted or not, it’s just a fact that people don’t trust dealerships. In my case, my shop and I had identified the issue, it was a known issue that should be covered under warranty, and I was gearing up for a battle. There was none. The service department found the same problem, agreed that it was the known issue covered under warranty, and did the work at no cost over the next couple hours. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back here for issues that require a dealership.

We had a strut replaced operating the rear hatch on our 2024 Solterra. The replacement worked but the other strut also needed to be replaced, and it wasn't. We found that out when we got to driving around a while when we got home. I need to set up another appointment to get the other strut replaced.

Easy. I live in Montana so I was able to complete the majority of the deal via phone and email.I will mention, because I don't get a spot to otherwise - it was a super bummer to be told we could use the Credit card for ANY of our down payment. I fully understand the fees and % - and the down payment being due but to have my $1000 deposit returned and need to write a check for the additional $1000 was kinda bullshit. I'm told its not a Mike Shaw thing but a JP Morgan Chase Finance thing - there has to be some way around that!! At least let the deposit count toward down payment.

Great experience learning about which vehicle to purchase. Mike O. was very knowledegable and gave great advice. He knows my previous car so it was helpful to understand the key differences between my old audi and the new crosstrek. He made it an easy decision to go with the crosstrek. Great customer service as well!!
