I felt like my del was rushed. Not very much info explained to me. Warranty packages were not explained very well.Had to wait an extra week because no one informed me not to sign the back of the title. Had to go to the DMV four times, and one week to get title changed after the car was sold to me financial person. Let me walk out the door without temp tags. No one set me up with my Subaru app. Felt like I was just pushed out the door after the car was sold.

Getting an appt. was a challenge. Talked to a service assistant who couldn’t answer any questions. Once I was connected to Markus, everything improved. He handled everything well. Your prices are still too high.

Customer service was great, the wait was reasonable (oil change) and the coffee and snacks were a nice treat. We love that the car comes back to us clean!
