Was told my tires needed to be replaced. Bought them from the dealer less than 12000 miles and have been rotated at least 3 times. Advisor should pick up on that. Obviously something wrong.

The experience was so easy and the service is quality. All my questions were answered and the service was extremely courteous. I enjoyed my time in the waiting room too. The free coffee is a game changer!
