I had and appointment for an oil change. I was surprised to find there was a 5p available the next day. When I got there I did have to wait 5+ minutes for someone to become available, but I was one of the last appointments of the day. I received a text that I'd receive updates as my progressed, which I love. Usually I'll grab coffee, but it was later so I didn't have any snacks or coffee although I appreciate that they are there! It was overall a great experience.
