The work I asked to be done was completed in a timely manner. Well before the expected time that I was told. The work was competed awesomely. Thank you. The technician did say he topped of "all" my fluids. I did pop the hood to verify his "top off" My issue with topping off fluids: I had changed my engine oil within 215 miles of taking my car to Mike Shaw. I specifically know where my fluid level was at on the dip stick. The top hole. When I checked the level after the car fluids were topped off they engine oil was over full by more than 1/2 quart. I smell oil burning now. I think that is unacceptable. Had he checked the oil level before adding oil he would have never added oil to the engine. The brake fluid was also over full to my standards. Above the the top line. Fluid that was not added to, was the power steering reservoir. It is still at the lower end of the fill. Hmm?

I felt that the person serving me was very polite and kept me informed of what was needed for my car.

Estimates were accurate, all questions were answered.
