Great service experience. My car underwent major repair, and Mike Shaw Subaru provided a loaner car. Throughout the process, I was informed of the status of the repair, which is great, so I was not wondering when the car would be done.

It was a very straightforward process from the start and Tommy Lee was attentive throughout.

We saw a deal on the Mike Shaw website for a Solterra for 89/mo 36 months. We were in need of a new vehicle and were interested in an EV. I chatted to someone thru the website about the Solterra, she told me that she would put a special note on it and that I could come in later and check it out. My wife also emailed about the car and never got a response. I was expecting a call back in the afternoon (since my chat was in the morning) but never got a call. We said we would be in by 6p and when we arrived (before 6p) we stood in the entryway for about 5-6 minutes before anyone said anything to us. Tom, who was clearly busy, asked about us and we told him that we said we would be in by 6p to check out the Solterra, he checked the computer and couldn't find anything about us. We were frustrated at this point but Tom did his best to juggle the customers he was already working with, and get to us since nobody else seemed interested in helping us. Finally, Tom was able to sit down with us and find out what we were looking for. Of course, the Solterra from the Mike Shaw website was not actually available, but the more expensive trims were. This was even more frustrating since we tried throughout the day to confirm that specific vehicle was on the lot and never got confirmation. Seems shady to put something like that on your website that doesn't even exist, car and/or deal.Tom did show us the Solterra at the Touring trim level which is a very nice car of course. We had come in thinking we would be spending no more than $150/mo on a 36-month lease, but obviously we couldn't get the Touring trim at that price. $200 was our personally set ceiling and after some back and forth, Tom presented us with $209/mo. He was surprised that we wouldn't accept the deal, but considering we had gone from $89/mo to $209/mo, that is quite a jump. We told him that we would think about it and call in the morning.$209/mo is a good deal and we were able to make the numbers work. We called back and told Tom we'd be there by 9a. Tom admittedly was not an "expert" on the Solterra but he did his best. He took us on a test drive (which I think we should have received a $50 gift card for, but nobody mentioned it) and let us drive the car and check it out. Buying the car took many hours but eventually we were able to take the car home.Ojay, who is one of the Solterra experts, gave me a pretty good rundown of the car, showing me everything. He was great. We have setup our appt for our re-delivery of the vehicle with KJ as well.I was a little disappointed with the process. We have bringing our Subaru's to Mike Shaw since 2012, and we love Mike Shaw Subaru. This was our first time buying from Mike Shaw and it was more of a drag than excitement. We are happy with our new car and our deal.

Paid cash and the deal was pretty straightforward. Asked for a detail, but got a wash. For a CPO vehicle, they could at least have done a better job at detailing the car. Otherwise it was overall an easy experience, which is what I was looking for.

I had two things that needed to be done and they took care of everything. They set me up with a loaner car so I was able to get around while my car was getting service.
