Ben Hare was very helpful and responsive to my concerns. Unfortunately, it took 2 1/2 hours to have my oil changed. My hood popped open a few inches after I drove home from the oil change. A cover for the oil service was hanging down from below my engine. I took my car to Caliber Collision and they sprayed the latch on my hood and closed the cover within 10 minutes. The service department at Mike Shaw could have easily taken care of these issues before I left the dealership.

There has been an ongoing issue with the profiles on my previous two Subaru's (still in my family) and my new Subaru. Juan Martinez-Flores was amazing and fixed the issue.
