Working with Shane was such a pleasant experience. As a woman buying a car alone I had several negative experiences and I often felt that my questions were too much and others did not have the patience to answer them. That was not the case with Shane, he patiently answered my questions and really made the experience memorable. He even did the math to see if other options I was entertaining would work better. No to mention taking additional time to show me how the car works. I haven’t purchased a car in over a decade and I buy cars that I drive into the ground , that is the reason why after much research I settled on a Subaru and I am pleased that I went Mike Shaw Subaru. For once I am glad google pointed me in the right direction! I have strongly recommended Shane and Mike Shaw Subaru to my community.

Juan did a great job! My dashboard alerts had lit up like a Christmas tree, so I brought it in. Juan was able to get me set up (my account was set up under Caliber Collision, so he had to determine that and get everything fixed), get me a lift home, and get it done sooner than estimated (around noon of the following day)

Tyler was my service adviser, super friendly, professional, he made the whole interaction very smooth. I’m very happy with the results.

Everyone here has treated me so well, safe been the clerk guy. But just the fact that I've been treated so well by everyone else other than him really makes up for it. I really am appreciative of the maintenance work that was done on my vehicle when I was buying it. I could never get that type of treatment, and customer service, for my newly purchased car from the dealership, at a regular car shop. Thank you all very much.
