I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change on my 2005 subaru legacy. When I took the car in I addressed a number of other possible concerns with my service advisor, Juan Martinez. Some of my concerns did not need attention; however the mechanic did find some issues that definately needed to be addressed. Since my list was longer than simply the oil change, I left my vehicle overnight. The service department did a great job fixing what needed to be fixed. I am waiting on a seat switch that will not be in until next week, but Juan assured me that it would only take a few hours. I was very pleased with the service provided.

Cliff was absolutely amazing and very very patient! He took several days to make sure I was happy even after purchasing my Subaru! Cliff took the time out after I purchased my Subaru to show me how all the new advance technology that the Subaru had to offer. Cliff even made sure to follow up with me after to make sure all was good! I cannot express enough how much I recommend not only Subaru Mike Shaw but have Cliff take care of you. Also, Brandon made sure to get the best extended warranty that was suitable for my needs!! Five stars all around!!

Cliff was the absolute best! He good heartedly dealt with all of our quirks and multiple visits. His only goal was to make sure we were making the right choice for us and that we were happy with our purchase.
