Working with Brandon to buy my new Outback was excellent. I was looking for an Outback with a non-black interior, and Brandon found one in Steamboat for me. Brandon was understanding when I was not able to pick up the car for two weeks while out of town. When I picked up the car, Brandon was great before and during on the test drive, explaining things to me. He was very kind and courteous while I did the paperwork and waited for everything to get settled.

Drove right in for my appointment, wait time was as expected/same as what they told me up front (1.25 hr for an oil change). Only issue was the link they sent to “track the progress” of my car didn’t update
