Went for an oil change, and they found a leak in the oil and transmission that was under warranty. We got a loan car, and the service was finished a couple of days later.

The past two service visits for our car at Mike Shaw have been great. I don't know if they made a purposeful effort to make the customer experience better, but we've had great service advisors the past two visits and the work was done in an appropriate amount of time. Prior to this, we had a couple of negative experiences.

The people are so friendly and knowledgeable. I feel at home when I visit. I love seeing Kathy Nerva around! She is a gem and has been my friend for over 20 years. She is responsible for my being a Mike Shaw customer in Thornton!

Had my first oil change and tire rotation for my new 2025 Outback. Drew, my service representative was ready for me when I arrived and was friendly and efficient. Got me in and out in the 45 minute estimated and experience was flawless. My 3rd car from this dealership and they have always met my expectations and sometimes exceeded them. Love the waiting area and coffee.

Years ago, I sat in a Subaru and swore I would never buy one because of the seat comfort. Since then, I have heard about the Subaru safety record and have had several relatives buy them. Then a week before me, my brother-in-law purchased a Subaru, and my sister swore to its comfort and the sales reps at Mike Shaw Subaru. I have been driving a pickup truck and was ready to downsize. Well, my visit ended by driving away with a brand-new Subaru Forester. What a delight!My biggest concern was the comfort and the second was the safety. Little did I know I had many more concerns but after sitting down with Sam Warren I was thoroughly impressed. He knows his product and was enjoyable to talk with, even though I typically dislike salespeople. Matter of fact, all staff at Mike Shaw’s were attentive. There was no hard-core sales pitch, Sam listened to my concerns, all questions were answered, and when suggestions were requested, there was no running around the bush…I feel he offered honest advice. I give Mike Shaw Subaru and Sam Warren five stars!!!!!
