Tried a few different models and trims. I had visited Mitsubishi earlier and this was a night and day experience. They were actually helpful at Subaru (Tom) and helped figure out what I need. Ended up seeing 2 really nice models of the outback and settled with the wilderness trim package and I really enjoy it.

It was easy to make an appointment online. The maintenance service was done as requested. The technician even told me what to expect for the next maintenance service so I can anticipate what that will involve. I will be back.
