I got the oil changed in our new car for the first time. Larry was very helpful and gave me a $10 off coupon on the service. This service manager went over all the checked conditions with me at check out. The service did take about 20 to 30 minute longer than the hour first mentioned but that wasn't an issue.

Noticed seat trim was broken on recent service. Part was ordered. I brought it in for the replacement after the part arrived. It only took 29 minutes and was covered by warranty.

Was able to schedule an appointment quickly and was kept informed during the whole process.

Overall great car buying experience. Fairly quick and painless. Fred and Devon were very helpful and knowledgable and got us exactly what we were looking for. Alejandra in finance was great as well, she got us in and out and explained everything in detail and answered any questions we had. We are loving our new car.
