We brought our car in for service on a Thursday. Our service advisor (Dominic Daniel) was great and explained exactly how they would be testing the AC unit. He told us the car would be ready on Tuesday (the AC unit was leaking) but he would be on vacation the following week and he introduced me to the person who would be filling in for him (maybe Shaun). We live 1 1/2 hrs. away from Mike Shaw Subaru. (Our local dealer did not think there was anything wrong with the AC and blamed the lubricant on the serpentine belt on the garage that changed the oil. That is why we drove the car back to where we purchased it.)Bottom line, the service was great until we tried to get the status of the repairs on Tuesday afternoon. Since our advisor was on vacation, no one returned our calls and we kept getting transferred to yet another answering service. After about 5 attempted phone calls on Wednesday, someone (Patrick) finally returned our call to let us know the car would be ready on Thursday. He also returned our call promptly on Thursday letting us know we would be able to pick the car up.This would be a 5 star if someone would have just let us know the status. Living so far away, it was frustrating being in limbo and trying to plan when we would have to go to north Denver.

Oil change and tire rotation in the morning with my wife’s CRV at Planet Honda then to Mike Shaw Subaru for an oil change and tire rotation for my Crosstrek. Wish we could of purchased a Honda from Mike Shaw. The service with MS was great. Larry my service rep was great. Thank you.

I had a check engine light on and did not know what was going on since the vehicle as only 7 months old, its a 2025. they were able to figure out that the system had become air locked and they were able to fixed it quickly.

I came in for a scheduled oil change on our vehicle. Not greeted me in the service area and was very polite and helpful. He got me checked in and everything went well.
