My car was taken in immediately after arriving for my appointment for an oil change. I had a coupon that included an overall inspection; which found a few items that my car needed. I selected those items I wanted to take care of on this visit, which added an additional 30 minutes to my wait. my technician was very courteous and came to the waiting area to find me once my car was ready. overall it was a good experience.
